Teaching Driver Education in the Greater Farmington Valley for over 15 years!

We welcome one of the best instructors in the state, Don Roberts, as he has joined our team and we are blessed to have him with us to serve your families. Don brings over 14 years of experience, I've known him for 13. He is a pro! 

Our focus is on each individual student and we strive to provide the best program/curriculum that is worthy of your child, as well as a smoother licensing experience.

The name of this driving school, "The Driving Whisperer" was originally introduced to me by one of my students, many years ago.  As we were practicing the parking maneuvers at Simsbury High School, she looked over to me with a great big smile on her face she said to me, "Mr. Binghi, you are the driving whisperer." At the time, starting my own school had never entered my mind. 

We appreciate this opportunity to serve,  our mission is to help all new drivers (and the parents too) overcome their fears during this phase and then strive towards teaching them the basic and advanced skills that will keep them safer out there on the roads. We live in a state with some of the deadliest roads in the entire nation. We should all strive to bring about positive change with our approach to driving. The need for a greater awareness of public safety for all “road users” has never been more apparent. our hope for achieving this is being fulfilled, one student/family at a time. 

Education & training will be conducted by full-time, highly experienced, licensed, state of Connecticut, Instructors! What this means for students is that they will be trained by people who are vested and have a reliable and proven track record over many years.
